Allocated 5690M in 1945 and used as gate guardian at RAF Hawkinge, RAF Bicester and finally RAF Locking before going to RAF Henlow in 1967 to be prepared for use in static scenes in the Battle of Britain film. Restored to airworthy condition at St Athan between 1991 and 1997 using the wings of SL674, and now with the BBMF. Photo taken with a Kodak Brownie 127 camera during an ATC camp.
