The prototype DC-3/DST "Flagship Texas" wearing "Flagship Skysleeper" titles shortly before delivery on 11 July 1936. It had f/f on 17 December 1935. This historic a/c was sadly lost in a crash on 15 October 1942. From Douglas 60 years ago.
