On delivery to a customer in Sri Lanka, this R66 was grounded awaiting spare parts having started its journey in Malaysia by late Capt Cliff Fournier. Few weeks after the stop at Phuket Capt Eric Dela monte and Capt Ravi Dharmawickrama flew the helicopter to Sri Lanka where it was registered 4R-SAK.
