Taken during the Christmas Island bomb tests, with XD822 (on the left having just arrived - the only V-Bomber to drop 2 H-bombs, the second on 2/9/58). XD818 was withdrawn in 1965 as 7894M, and is now preserved at RAF Museum Cosford.
