Crashed at RAF Scampton 24 June 1988 during a formation take off and was considered beyond economical repair. Used at RAF Shawbury in paintg spraying trials. The nose later went to Thales at Crawley, West Sussex for use as a training aid and the rear fuselage went to Cardiff Airport fire section.
