Ringways south side dispersals in 1945 in use by Airspares Ltd for scrapping ex RAF aircraft. Visible are 44 Allison-engined Mustang Is, 27 Hudsons and 26 Venturas. These were purchased outright by the UK and did not have to be returned to the USA. From the CAA over 30 years ago.
