Built in 1936, it became G-AFTL in 1939 and was used used by Sidney Cotton for clandestine photo recce flights over Germany. This plane featured in an episode of the TV show "The A Team" called "Skins" which aired 29 January 1985. It was used as a smugglers plane in the show. Was also used in the 1975 movie âDoc Savageâ owned and operated by Art Scholl productions.
