The a/c was using a monsoon bucket trying to put out the fire that swept thru the CTV building here in Christchurch after the 22 Feb earthquake. The building collapsed and burnt , killing over 80 people and 2 helos were involved in lifting water from the nearby Avon River in an attempt to dose the flames so that rescuers could try and enter.
