In addition to HMS Gloucester on the nose and GC tail code (which was by then out of service) the Lynx also had extensive artwork, some of which may, or may not have been 'genuine to the airframe. On the left is '216th Airborne' and 'Death or Glory' with skull and cross bones. To the right is a 'lady' with 'Bombardier Ford' above it ('Gunner Livingstone' was on the starboard side), while on the door are five 'mission symbols' which relate to her attacking five Iraqi warships during the first Gulf War, and further back is a Gryphon or Dragon. Retired in November 2010 the Lynx was presented to the Fleet Air Arm Museum for preservation on 26 April 2012.
