Built as an F.4 and entered service in March 1955 with 54(F) Squadron at RAF Odiham. Converted by Hawker Aircraft to GA.11 standard and delivered to 764 NAS. Converted to a PR.11 by Short Brothers, carrying three nose cameras. Became an instructional airframe at RNAS Culdrose on retirement in March 1993 and remained in serviceable condition until withdrawal in 1996. Seen here taxiing in following a "Team Viper" practice display at RAF Fairford.
