The 'sting' in the tail of the B-52H, the six barrel M61 20mm Vulcan cannon which was operated by remote control from the forward compartment and could fire 4,000 rounds per minute. Above the gun are the domes for the ASG-21 fire control system. The gun system was removed from the B-52H between 1991 - 94.
