Repainted since August 2010 photo. Carpatair Flight Training, based at Arad. A report in 2020 says that it's now operated by Aero West Flight School based in BuziaÅ, not very far from former base at Arad (LRAR). It no longer has the Carpatair on it's vertical stabilizer.
