BCI Airways were a subsidiary of British Cellulose Industries and operated charter and pleasure flight from their base at Barton between June 1947 and closure in January 1949. Crashed and destroyed by fire 04.03.1959 after a crankshaft failiure. Regisdtration cancelled 18.03.1959.
