BCAL's DC-10 races the BBMF Lanc for first take-off slot from Runway 24 on the Airport's 50th anniversary. The DC-10 was operating the LGW-MAN-JFK schedule and the Lanc will give a short demo flight to mark the type's birth at Ringway in January 1941.
