Year is a guess. Original by my friend James Styles AIIP. From a contributor - I believe this picture was taken around the end of May 1965 as it used the foam carpet at RAF Manston on the 23/5/1965. Also Valiant WZ375 used the foam carpet 3 days later on the 26/5/1965.
