Photographed arriving at IAT93 this Starlifter is from the 17th Airlift Squadron, 437th Airlift Wing based at Charleston AFB, South Carolina. The squadron operated the C-141B from 1987 until 1993 re-equipping the same year with the C-17A Globemaster III. The motto of the squadron is 'Anything-Anywhere-Anytime'. This C-141B would later be assigned to the 57th Airlift Squadron of the 97th Air Mobility Wing based at Altus AFB, Oklahoma until her retirement to AMARC on the 29th June 2001. She currently remains in storage at AMARC with the inventory code is AACR0131.
