Photographed on the flightline at Air Fete 92. This Nimrod was the first production aircraft to fly when she took to air as an MR1 on the 28th June 1968. Allocated to RAF St Mawgan based 42 Squadron which disbanded as a front-line unit later in the year in October 1992. She was retired from service on the 27th April 2010 when she was flown to Bruntingthorpe, Leicestershire becoming part of David Walton's Cold War Jets collection.
