HR354 was the first of 134 Mosquito FB.VIs overhauled by Fairey Aviation at Ringway between late 1946 and April 1948 for supply to the Turkish A.F. One crashed at Ringway on a test flight and another hit the sea en route. HR354 became TAF 401 on arrival at its destination.
