Aircraft was assembled at Ringway in November 1938 as a Battle I light bomber and served with 226 Squadron. Modified to a Gunnery Trainer in 1940 with Blenheim turret and reinforcement to rear of cockpit. Delivered to RCAF in 12.41 becoming 2109 with 9 B&GS.
