"Mancunia" served Sivewrights from 03.48 until closure of the firm in 03.51. On a flight from Ringway, u/c problems occurred, so the pilot (seen here) force-landed on Barton's damp grass, using the protruding wheels. The bent props were quickly replaced, "Mancunia" jacked up and inspected - and back to Ringway! Later to VH-RCC.
