The Duxford preserved Super VC10 in airline service with BOAC. The aircraft is pictured arriving on a positioning flight from Heathrow to operate the daily New York service for the next 7 days. All BOAC aircrat operating North Atlantic services from Manchester were rotated in this way on a weekly basis.
