Certainly the last time to see a "Rosinenbomber" over THF...Due to the 60th jubelee of the end of the Berlin airlift the Air Service Berlin Dakota dropped some candys on little parachutes over the northern runway. With on board was the veteran Gail Halverson who had the idea for the operation little vittles. For some minutes it was like in good old times here in THF...I will never forget the good time.
