Forward fuselage restoration of AE436; The Hampden of 144 Sqn. was one of 32 in transit from Scotland to Russia 4-9-1942 to help in protecting the Arctic convoys, when it crashed killing three of its crew on Tsatsa mountain Sweden. It lay undisturbed until discovered in 1976, the remains were recovered & divided between the RAF & Swedish AF museums.
