Another Pima exhibit that is not what or who she seems. She was originally delivered to the US Navy as SNB-2C Bu. No. 29646. Rebuilt in 1953 as an SNB-5 she was redesignated as a UC-45J in 1964 and transferred to the US Army. The civil registration is fake, this aircraft never had a civil identity. N6000V actually belonged to a Douglas DC-7C (a photograph which can be found elsewhere on this database), it refers in this case to the Pima Air and Space Museums address, 6000 E. Valencia Blvd.
