This B-25J was formerly the gate-guard at nearby Davis-Monthan AFB until 1965. Since this photograph was taken she has been moved inside Hangar 3 and painted in typical USAAF markings from circa 1944. She is now named 'Spirit of Al Penn' in honour of a long-time PASM volunteer who was killed in a traffic accident while on his way to the museum.
