RR263 / GW-B (cn CBAF.IX.3310) Built at Castle Bromwich in 1944. Retired in 1954 and used in the filming of the 1955 Douglas Bader biography, Reach For The Sky. Gate-guard at RAF Kenley from 1955-67. Overhauled and flown to France inside an RAF Blackburn Beverly, and presented to the French to commemorate the pilots who lost their lives flying for the Free French Air Forces in WWII. Carrying false identity (TB597) now, preserved at the Musée de l Air et de l Espace.
