The C-54 was the military version of the DC-4 and was the first first four-engine transport in Army Air Force service. Since this photograph was taken she has been repainted in a period silver MATS scheme. She is on display at Pima courtesy of the National Museum of the United States Air Force, Wright-Patterson AFB, Ohio.
