Originally constructed as an F4H-1 but later redisgnated as an F-4B. This Phantom later became one of three YF-4J's, all of them converted from existing F-4B airframes (the others being Bu. Nos. 151473 and 151496). She's displayed at in the markings of the Naval Air Test Facility, Lakehurst NAS, New Jersey and is on display at Pima courtesy of the National Museum of Naval Aviation.
