This Panther is displayed in the markings of VMF-311 (Marine Fighter Squadron 311) which was based in Pusan, Korea in 1952 during the Korean War. Originally constructed as an F9F-4 she was completed as an F9F-5 before delivery. She is displayed at the Pima Air and Space Museum on loan from the National Museum of Naval Aviation.
