Originally operated by 4 FTS at RAF Valley from 1962 to 1978, then used as an instructional airframe at RAF St Athan until acquired by Delta Jets in 2000. The Red Arrows were based at RAF Kemble from 1968 to 1983, hence the colour scheme.
