One of 54 TriStars that Delta operated, they were the mainstay of Delta's wide-body fleet, N1739D is photographed taxying out at Gatwick. She was delivered to Delta in December 1982 and was withdrawn from use in April 2001. She passed to Skygate International Airlines as EX-056 and she was recently (August 2008) still operating on a wet-lease by Iran Aseman Airlines.
