The prototype of Kelowna Flightcraft R&D Ltd's stretched Convair 5800 photographed on the ramp at Mojave. Originally a Convair-Liner 340-71, she made her first flight in stretched Convair 5800 configuration on 11 February 1992. Aimed at small package carriers the Convair 5800 conversion offered a 14' 3" stretch of the original airframe, with Allison 501-D22G engines and a "glass" EFIS flightdeck.
