Formerly 64-0952 this F-4D was photographed on the ramp at Mojave, where she was operated by Avtel along with another F-4D (N402AV). After service with AvTel, she was transported to Edwards AFB where volunteers repainted her in a white/red AFTTC colour scheme. She was then mounted on a pole in Lancaster, California, where she is displayed on Boeing Plaza at the head of the Aerospace Walk of Honor.
