Formerly 65-0696 with the USAF and then operated on the civilian register with Flight Systems Incorporated then Avtel at Mojave as N402AV. She was used to test the Teledyne Ryan YBQM-145A Peregrine Unmnned Aerial Vehicle and launched the first powered free flight of the UAV at the United States Army's Dugway Proving Ground in Utah, near Hill AFB on 5 May 1992.
