Originally built as a C-54B-15-DO for the United States Army Air Force as 43-17175. In civilian life she became N95411 with Northwest Airlines in 1956. She later saw service with Pacific Air Express as N301JT. Stored for many years at Chandler Memorial she was scrapped in February 2006.
