Photographed on the ramp at the Hugh L. Dryden Flight Research Facility. This F-15 was a unique aircraft known as the F-15 Flight Research Facility. Delivered to NASA in 1976 it was instrumented and equipped with a Highly Integrated Digital Engine Control system (HIDEC). Now retired it was stored near the dry lakebed.
