Built by Walther Filter - note the 6 outer wing "feathers". They could rotate round their long axis and were controllable. The aircraft has had an engine with 4 hp. It was presented at the Hannover Fair in 1958 but it has not flown. For a man-powered version of this ornithopter there is a patent laid-out document 1064 816 F 21328 XI / 62b, Sept. 27. 1956
