Heavily made up in Congolese AF marks for a film appearance (thanks to T J Johansen for telling me it was The Dark of the Sun released in 1968) and flown by owner Charles Masefield in round 1 of the 1967 Kings Cup Air Race (in which he finished 2nd) held that year at Plymouth/Roborough. This aircraft still flies as N72FT Mustang Sally and is based in South Africa, and was originally delivered to RCAF as 9237.
