Every year the Dansk Motorflyve Union (DMU) organises a long range tour from Denmark to somewhere else in Europe, both as a social event and as a way of encouraging people to brush up on their navigation and radio communication skills. In 2008 the "target" was Lydd in Kent, England. Around 30 aircraft met up in Groningen, Holland from all points in Denmark, before continuing on to Lydd for a couple of days' sightseeing and socialising. This was one of the participating aircraft.
