16/12/07 this aircraft was involved in a mid-air collision with Luscombe 8E Silvaire G-AKUI over Asmaston, Staffs. Two on board the Luscombe were killed whilst ZK-KAY made an emergency landing at Nottingham/East Midlands. Wreckage now at Cranfield.
