This Harvard was the 'advanced' trainer for UBAS (University of Birmingam Air Squadron); it was removed late in 1956, as a 'Defence Cut', following the Suez debacle. I well remember the CFI, F/L Ray Kerswell, telling me that UBAS gave up a Chipmunk in order to get it, but that it was not returned!
