- Unexpected but welcome Gem; - This aircraft was owned by the first aerobatic world champ Ladislav Bezak, who escaped from East to West Germany in this aircraft, with his family on board! The aircraft was shot at by Migs and still had some patched covering on the elevators when seen at West Malling in the mid '70's
