This short-lived F-27 departed from Fokker Schiphol 03Jan1967 on delivery to Pelita Air Service and crashed into mountains after take-off from Malaybalay/Bukidnon, Philippines 27Apr1967 while on lease to Fokker for demonstration to Philippine Airlines. 3 (3) crew, 16 (18) passengers killed. TSN 441 hours/337 landings.
