One of Cyprus Airways two hard working D.H.121 Tridents, this one later became G-AZXM. Following a landing accident on 15 March 1972 BEA exchanged G-AVFB for 5B-DAA. The aircraft was repaired and registered as G-AZXM on 28 June 1972 entering the BEA Fleet. The aircraft had a thick plate under one wing as a result of the repair. She was finally flown to Southend on 4-2-85 and reportedly broken up soon after.
