One of five U-2C's that arrived in the first week of May, although one of them, 66700, cr in Germany on the 29th May, to be replaced by 66716 within two weeks. The guy on the wing is screwing around, not hiding secrets. He's looking at the sign on the perimeter fence behind which the photog is shooting. The sign says "Reserved parking. Spies only."
