Lord Kildares Irish Air Charte had opened the "back door" into England for Piper imports. In 1959 he moved the business to Kidlington, it became Vigors Aviation, then CSE, accounting for about 1500 Pipers imported. This Super Cub became G-APUI. Note the spotters clustered around the Tipsy Nipper OO-NIF
