Un-converted C-47 (un-painted) at Basler Turbo Conversions, possibly ex Colombian Air Force. From a correspondent - I wonder if this is N4039S 44-76642 "CB334" which was stripped for spares in 1997 and looked very much like this although there was some white paint on the roof which may have been removed. see https://www.aerialvisuals.ca/AirframeDossier.php?Serial=47171. I think this was scrapped a few years later.
