Though formally registered as a Fairchild M-62C, this is actually a Weatherly WM-62C, converted from a PT-23-AE (serial 42-47786) by Weatherly Aviation for agricultural use. Weatherly converted just nineteen PT-19/23/26 airframes, before beginning production of their own design, the Weatherly 201. All of the WM-62 conversions were registered under their original identity as Fairchild M-62s.
