Arriving for the following days International Air Day. Crashed into the sea off Waveney, Suffolk, on 29-7-75 following loss of control, both crew ejected safely. (N.B. Fred Hempsall was 237 OCU's Line Controller and confirms that this was one of three S2s that retained catapult launch and arrester equipment (clearly visible in my photograph), which was used with RAE Bedford's land based catapult. If XV360 was converted to S2A (losing the arrester hook etc) it would have been done after 1980, when Fred left 12 Squadron.)
