One of the Liberators that weekly flew the ReykjavÃk-Prestwick route on behalf of Iceland Airways (Flugfélag Ãslands) from May 1946 to April 1948. I do not know who the photographer is. AL557 converted to Liberator 32-3 by BOAC and on-sold post SAL to Hellenic Airlines SX-DAA Maid of Athens and post that a number of US registrations. Crash landed Alaska 1958.
